Beach Bliss is a cute, very comfortable 1 bedroom poolside condo that sleeps 6 people. The kitchen has upgraded cabinets, with quartz counter tops. This condo is just perfect for weekend getaway or a wonderful week at the beach, with beach access just a few short steps away.

WHAT's NEARBY

This property is part of the Emerald Hill Condos, a Gulf-front complex with a private boardwalk that leads to the beach. You will be across the street from several shops, eateries, and recreational outfitters that rent bikes and kayaks. Seaside is 1.3 miles away on the 30A bike path. The shimmering white sands of Grayton Beach State Park await two miles west.

THINGS TO KNOW:

Parking notes: 1 spot per unit. No assigned spot, can park in any spot.

The rental is located on the ground floor.

Golf carts are not allowed on property. However, there is golf cart rental conveniently located across the street at Butterfly Bike and Kayak. They allow you to park/charge there when you rent from them.

Sorry, no pets per HOA.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
