Golf cart rentals are allowed. You can rent a gas powered golf cart and utilize your parking space OR rent a battery powered golf cart rental across the street at Butterfly Bike and Kayak and park/charge there.

This rental is located on floor 2. No elevator onsite.

Sorry, HOA does not allow pets.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
